The Senior Management team is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational management and development of the Association, upholding its mission, vision and values.
Patricia Goan
Chief Executive
Patricia joined Glebe in 2016 and came to us with over 30 year’s experience in the housing, support and care sector. Patricia oversees the operation of Glebe and leads the management team. In her career Patricia has held key executive positions with responsibility for new business, development, strategic partnership working and operations. She has worked within the statutory, private and not for profit housing and care sectors in both Ireland and the UK. She worked as the National Director of the Age Friendly Counties Programme in Ireland and has led on the development of retirement homes in her previous roles. She is a non-executive director of 2 other charitable boards.
Adrian Follis
Head of Finance
Adrian joined our team in March 2021 and manages the financial transactions of the Association. Adrian has over 30 years’ experience working in banking and finance, with the last 5 years in the housing sector. Adrian has a focus on system and process improvement to deliver efficiencies and value for money for Glebe. Outside of work Adrian enjoys travelling, playing tennis and watching rugby.
Ben Lawrence
Maintenance Manager
Ben leads on the delivery of the Association’s maintenance function. Outside of work Ben enjoys keeping fit and taking his dogs for walks.
Justine Hart
Head of Operations
Justine is responsible for leading the core operational functions of the Association (Property, Housing, Resident Services, Human Resources and Administration).
