Specialising in the provision of housing to older people, we provide sheltered housing rental apartments and leasehold bungalows in a supportive community, that is designed and managed to meet the needs of older people. Our properties allow you to enjoy a secure and comfortable home, where you are at the heart of everything we do.
We have 209 dwellings all located in Bencurtis Park in West Wickham, consisting of 65 bungalows, 142 self contained apartments and 2 market rent flats, which are located in Glebe House.
