McCarthy Stone has recently acquired an interest in the former Glebe Court nursing home and will be bringing forward proposals for its redevelopment with specialist Retirement Living accommodation.
They are proposing to provide 34 one and two-bedroom retirement living apartments together with landscaping and associated parking.
